Collection of your Personal Information In order to become a PetSummary member you must first register for our service. During this registration process you are required to provide personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address and name. Once you are a member you may provide additional information for your owner profile such as home address, phone contact information, and documents containing veterinary and personal contact information. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is optional, but will allow you to better provide information helpful to pet care providers. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by PetSummary via Google Analytics. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by PetSummary for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the PetSummary Web site. Use of your Personal Information and Uploaded Files PetSummary collects and uses your personal information to operate the PetSummary Web site and deliver the services you have requested. PetSummary may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. PetSummary will communicate with you through emails and messages posted on the PetSummary website. When you register with PetSummary you will receive a confirmation message, welcome message describing the features in the site, and a welcome letter mailed via USPS to your entered address.
