The PetSum Card™ | Vaccine Records Access | PetSum ID Tag | FAQ How much is a subscription? You may purchase either a yearly or lifetime subscription to the PetSummary service. This chart provides the different service plans and associated cost. Who fills in my pet’s information? You, the subscriber, should gather and fill in all the information about your animal. Your vet or breeder will happily provide you with your animal’s past medical history. Once you collect and input your pet’s medical history, updating the information takes only a few minutes. How is my information protected? All personal data being communicated across the internet is encrypted with 128-bit encryption using "GLOBAL" Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure data transmission across the internet. How do I get my PetSum Card? You can print your PetSum Card from any computer with an internet connection. We help make it easy for you to share your pet’s important medical and contact information with anyone who cares for your pet. Your subscription allows you to update and print your PetSum Card as often as you wish. How do I update my information?
Using your username and password, you access your pet’s account information and may change or update it from any computer with an internet connection. How do I share my pet’s information with others? You may easily share your pet’s medical needs and daily routines by simply giving a caregiver your PetSum Card. Print this out from your computer and provide it to whomever you chose. In addition, the PetSum ID Tag allows you to share information about your pet (medical needs, general comments, emergency contacts, etc.) through a view only section on the PetSummary.com website. You choose how much information is shared through your pet’s PetSum Code. Can I add more pets? You can protect as many pets as you choose with the PetSummary service. You may either purchase a multiple pet plan upon your initial subscription or add more pets to your account at a later date. Can I give this as a Gift? YES! The PetSummary service is a perfect gift for any one caring for a pet. Please contact us at info@petsummary.com for more information on how to give the gift of protection and organization to a family member, friend, or client. How often will I hear from PetSummary? We will email you immediately to confirm your enrollment and then follow up every two months with a reminder to update your information and a community e-newsletter. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. To cancel your subscription, please send an email to info@petsummary.com. Please make sure to include your name, username, password and the name of the pet who’s subscription you would like to cancel.
