The front of the tag provides all the same information as a standard pet ID tag.

You may choose to share as much or as little information as you would like on your pet's PetSum Protection Page and you are the only person who can change this information. The PetSum ID Tag costs just $15 and is available in multiple sizes, shapes, materials, and colors.
